I supply water to third parties via a private system – do I need to apply for a water supply licence?

In order for Ofwat to be able to answer this question we will need you to provide us with written details of:

the supply arrangement including information on the premises that is being supplied
the relationship you have with your appointed water company
the volume of water that is being supplied via the private system
the volumes you supply to others
if possible, maps of the premises and relevant infrastructure
