If I use more than 50 megalitres of water per annum will I automatically be eligible to switch supplier?


Not necessarily, customers must meet a number of criteria to be eligible to change their supplier. In general, the principal use of the premises must be non-household. The layout and arrangement of the premises is also important - your site must be classed as a single set of premises.
