Will my water quality be affected if I change supplier?


New licensees will also need to comply with regulations relating to drinking water quality set by the Drinking Water Inspectorate in the same way as appointed water companies do. Details of the competencies that the water regulator expects new licensees to have are set out in our guidance on applying for a water supply licence.
