Does Ofwat have any powers for handling disputes and appeals about self-lay and requisitioning?
Ofwat has powers to determine disputes about the requisitioning of mains, sewers and lateral drains as well as consider appeals about the adoption of water mains. We have set out the processes we will follow in exercising these powers in
