Consumers expect to receive high quality sustainable water and sewerage services at a fair price, and most companies are delivering this. Where they are not, we are taking action to improve their performance.
As a customer you are entitled to receive a good standard of service from your water and sewerage company. But you also have certain responsibilities to make sure that you continue to receive a good reliable service.
We have set out, under the headings on the right, your rights and responsibilites as a customer. We explain what your water company should do for you and what action you should take if you are unhappy with its response.
