If you or your re-seller want to understand how the Water Resale Order operates the Consumer Council for Water may be able to offer guidance. Neither we nor CCWater have enforcement powers so cannot offer legal advice or resolve any disputes between you and your re-seller. This must be done through the courts where necessary.
