Head of Information Management and Technology: responsible for the development of new IT systems, maintenance and upgrading Ofwat's hardware/software, end user support and all aspects of quality assurance and data collection

Head of Financial Modelling Team: responsible for financial modelling to determine price limits and assist with policy formulation; Aquarius financial model and IDoK model development

Emma Cochrane
Head of Corporate Finance: responsible for changes to company financial and ownership structures. Also issues relating to financing of investment including cost of capital and financeability

George Day
Head of Asset Strategy Team: responsible for capital expenditure, capital efficiency analysis, asset management planning, serviceability assessment, sewer flooding and innovation

Helen Twelves
Head of Comparative Efficiency Team: responsible for base opex and opex and capex econometrics policy

Ian Hulme
Acting Head of Parliamentary and Public Affairs: responsible for publications and stakeholder relations including Ofwat's interaction with elected representatives

Ingrid Olsen
Head of Enforcement Policy: responsible for the development of our policy on enforcement, investigations and fining policy

Gordon Frazer
Reporters Co-ordinator: coordinates and advises on reporter appointments, guidance, joint workshops and performance assessment. Liaises with HSE and supply chain bodies

Librarian & Information Services Manager: responsible for answering enquiries from the public; website/intranet structure and maintenance; assisting with the handling of FOI requests

Head of Transfer Pricing Team: management of transfer pricing, multi-utility regulation, including company investigations. IDoK project management, company adviser co-ordination and PR supplementary report production

Head of Human Resources: responsible for recruitment, pay and pensions, conditions of service, staff training, performance management and general staff welfare

Louise Craig
Board Secretariat: provides support to the Ofwat Board and Management Committee. Responsible for distribution of publications and leaflets to stakeholders; organiser of conferences and workshops

Head of Customer and Charges Team: manages tariffs policy, approval of charges schemes, compliance with price limits, large user tariffs, monitoring special agreements, coordination of company advisers

Head of Water Resource Economics Team: responsible for supply/demand, water efficiency, leakage, metering and developing future tariffs policy
