LETTER SENT TO NAMED RD's 19 December 2003 Dear AQUARIUS 3 – PRE-AUDIT VERSION I notified you on 16 December that the pre-audit version of the Aquarius 3 software had been released via the website. The release note accompanying the software summarised the nature of the changes that we have made to the software since service pack 6 on version 4.4 used for draft business plans. Enclosed with this letter is a more detailed list of actions we have taken in response to the comments you made in your plan. The table records: · The specific points on calculations raised by each company in its draft business plan; · Whether we agreed there was an error; and · If we have changed the model to address the point. As you will be aware the final version of Aquarius 3 for use in the final business plan and determinations will be released on 15 January 2004 along with the final business plan ICS. Aquarius 3 is currently being audited by RSM Robson Rhodes before the final release. If you or your team have any concerns with this version please contact us promptly using aquarius3@ofwat.gsi.gov.uk.
