- we have put on some new FAQs in response to recent enquiries
- if you are a customer and have a problem with your water supply/ sewerage service, you should contact your water/ sewerage company - their contact details are on our website
- if you are unhappy with the service provided by your water company, you should contact the Consumer Council for Water. CCWater represents customers' interests and investigates complaints from customers about their water company. Their contact details are on the CCWater website
- if you are carrying out research, please use our search facility as this may help you find what you are looking for
- if you would like us to contact you, please e-mail enquiries@ofwat.gsi.gov.uk with as much detail as you can give us. We will send you our response as quickly as we can but our customer charter says we must reply within ten working days.
- if you are a worker in a water company and have concerns about improper practices within the company, please see our whistleblowing policy.
