Huw joined Ofwat in November 1999, as the Deputy Legal Adviser. He is a solicitor and became Head of Legal Services in April 2003. As the Director of Legal Services, he is now a member of Ofwat's management Team as well as being responsible for all aspects of legal advice to Ofwat.
Huw previously worked in private practice, specialising in competition law.
