DESCRIPTION:Introduced in April 1998, the special agreements register lists over 400 special agreements between water companies and their commercial and industrial customers. Although it is anonymised it does present the important information of individual agreements for water supply, sewerage or trade effluent treatments such as cost and volume. If it is known, information on when the agreement came into effect and its duration is also given. The register also contains details of bulk supply agreements between water companies
