The information received from the quality regulators (the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) and the Environment Agency) enables us to monitor performance between companies on water quality and environmental obligations both now and over time. The quality regulators generate and collect this information during the course of their normal duties.
For tables 2a,2b,3a and 3b the information is correct as of 31st March 2006. However, all other tables represent the calendar year 2005.
