June return introduction

All the companies are required by their Licence to make an annual return to Ofwat covering their activities in the previous financial year. This - the "June return" - is the primary source of information required by us.

The June return consists of information collected directly from each of the water and water and sewerage companies in England and Wales; and the information supplied to us by the quality regulators.

This information has previously been published on CD-ROM; the 2002 CD-ROM included the full public version of the June return.
