Information included in public June returns
The June return is central to Ofwat's commitment to make our work more widely available. Significant parts of the return have been publicly accessible since 1996.
Companies are asked to provide the following for the public domain:
· a confidentiality statement;
· commentaries of the June return (with the exception of 18a, 18b, 30, 31, 35b, 36b and 39 which are commercial in confidence)
· the Board's overview commentary; and
· the levels of service appendix.
If companies consider material in the commentaries to be confidential, they excise their public domain version accordingly and record this on the confidentiality statement.
Reporters are asked provide the following for the public domain:
· the report on the Board's overview; and
· the reporter's commentaries on the June return (with the exception of tables 18b, 30, 31, 35b, 36b and 39 which are commercial in confidence); and
- the levels of service certificate.
The reporter's general report is commercial in confidence.
Auditors are asked to provide the following for the public domain:
- the auditor's commentaries on tables 6a, tables 18 - 29 inclusive (excluding tables 18a and 18b which are commercial in confidence), table 32a and tables 33 and 34; and
· the auditor's signed report and opinion in respect of the regulatory accounts.
