 Penny Boys: Non-Executive Director
Penny Boys, CB, held previous posts as the Executive Director in the OFT and Secretary (Chief Executive) at the Competition Commission. She was also Head of Personnel at the DTI, and the first Deputy Director General at the Office of Electricity Regulation when it was set up in 1989. She has also worked at the Treasury, the former Department of Energy and on secondment to the British National Oil Corporation. Penny will be paid £15,000 a year for a 2 days a month. Her appointment is for four years.
