Fiona Pethick has been appointed head of corporate affairs at Ofwat, the economic regulator of the water industry in England and Wales. Ms Pethick, formerly project manager for the price review, takes on responsibility for communications and policy co-ordination in a new, strengthened division intended to bring policy and presentation closer together. She takes over from Julia Havard who retired from her post as head of external relations in December. Note to Editors: 1.
