Ofwat publishes draft price limits for Wales |
On Thursday 5 August, Ofwat will publish draft price limits for water companies in England and Wales.
This is a major announcement by Ofwat. The draft price limits, which are subject to consultation, will affect the water and sewerage bills that water companies will be able to charge customers for the next five years from 1 April 2005.
To explain the draft decision, you are invited to attend an on-the-record, off-camera media briefing in Cardiff with Tony Smith, Ofwat's Director of Competition and Consumer Affairs. There will be an opportunity for radio and television interviews with Mr Smith after the briefing.
