Do companies have to accept their price limits?

If companies are unhappy with the price limits we set, they can ask us to refer their determination to the Competition Commission. Appeals to the Competition Commission must be made within two months of us making our decision. No company referred their determination of price limits for 2005-10 to the Competition Commission.
