How will customers' views be reflected in the outcome of the review?
Throughout this review customers will be able to comment on our approach to setting price limits. We listen carefully to what they have to say. CCWater (Consumer Council for Water - represents customers' interests and investigates complaints from customers about their water company in England and Wales) will advise us on customer issues and will continue to do so.
A number of the main stakeholders including water companies are commissioning joint research into customers' views. The results of the research will be available on our website.
We will publish our draft determinations in July 2009 and invite comments by October 2009.
