If you have a problem with your water and sewerage services you should contact your water and sewerage company. If you need help or advice about the service you receive or the bill you pay, you should contact the Consumer Council for Water (CCWater). CCWater represents customers' interests. It focuses on the level of customers' bills, the services provided to customers and value for money. It also investigates complaints from customers about their water company. You will find contact details for all the CCWater regional offices on their website.
