Senior Disputes/Complaints Analyst
Salary c. £30,000 pa

As one of our Senior Complaints Analysts, you'll play an important part in helping us make sure that 50 million water customers in England and Wales get a fair deal. In this key role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints and disputes from customers within Ofwat's jurisdiction, and managing analysts involved in similar work. In addition you will have the opportunity to use your findings to influence policy development.
The successful applicant will:
- Be a confident and personable individual with clear and assertive communication skills
- Have proven record of problem solving
- Have experience in dealing with complaints or disputes to investigate cases
