What happens if the re-seller doesn't provide the information that a resident asks for?

If the re-seller doesn't provide the information which they used to calculate the bill within four weeks of a written request, the resident is entitled to pay a reduced charge to the re-seller. This reduced charge is calculated at half of the water company's average household bill and is adjusted pro-rata in proportion to the period which the re-seller's bill relates. It must last for as long as the re-seller does not provide the information.
