Have you added any extra ways which re-sellers can divide bills between residents who do not have a meter?
No, but we are now allowing resellers to combine different methods. Re-sellers will be able to use up to two methods when charging residents – one half of the bill must be shared according to the number of purchasers and the other half may be shared using one of the other methods. This should result in more balanced and fairer charges, especially where any one particular method would create unfairness between residents.
