My water pressure/quality is poor. What should I do?
The Water Resale Order does not cover issues such as water quality or water pressure. If you are concerned about these issues, you should discuss them with your re-seller first. Your re-seller may need to contact the water company to see if there are any problems with the supply of water provided to the site. The water company's supply is only monitored up to the boundary of the site. If, however, you have concerns about the quality of the water supplied through the re-seller's pipes and these have not been dealt with by the re-seller, you can contact the environmental health department of your local council, which may be able to help.
