I live on my own and I don't have a meter, but I pay the same amount as my next-door neighbour who has a bigger family. This seems unfair. Can anything be done to help me?

Your re-seller must divide the water bill from the water company using one of the methods set out in the Order. He or she should make best efforts to use a method which is fair for purchasers. If you are unhappy about the charging method you should discuss this with your re-seller.
