INVITATION TO WATER SUPPLY LICENSING STAKEHOLDER WORKSHOP

We would like to invite you to the second stakeholder workshop on the new water supply licensing regime which was introduced by the Water Act 2003.

The workshop will be held as follows:

Date	Friday 5 November 2004
Time	10.00 – 3.15pm
Venue	Austin Court, 80 Cambridge Street, Birmingham, B1 2NP (www.ieebirmingham.org.uk/ac/direct.htm for directions)

The workshop will provide:

an update on the development of the regime including the work of the sponsor and advisory groups;
an overview of our three industry consultations; and
an outline of the roles and issues for each of the stakeholder constituency groups going forward.

The workshop will comprise formal presentations followed by questions and focused break out group discussions on stakeholders' expectations, issues, roles and deliverables up to and subsequent to the start of the new competition regime.

The agenda and papers for the workshop will be available on the day of the workshop from 9.30am. Tea and coffee will also be available. Please ensure that you register at the desk before 10am. Lunch will be provided.
