WSL: WORKSHOP ON CUSTOMER TRANSFER PROTOCOL
We would like to invite you to attend a stakeholder technical workshop on the water supply licensing customer transfer protocol (CTP). The workshop will be held as follows:

This technical workshop will allow stakeholders to learn more about our CTP. In particular, through breakout groups there will be an overview of, and detailed discussions on, the processes and procedures within the CTP. Copies of the draft CTP will be circulated to attendees ahead of the workshop.
There will be five breakout groups running concurrently in the morning and afternoon. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend three of the five breakout sessions. The breakout groups will be on the following areas:- Overview of the transfer process, timetable and objection/rejection rules
- Role of appointed water companies in the CTP
- High level explanation of the data dictionary
- Technical details of the data dictionary
- Review of the erroneous transfer and disputed transfer meter reading processes
