WATER SUPPLY LICENSING (WSL) – STATUTORY WATER COMPANIES' NEW APPOINTMENT CONDITIONS R AND S

On 12 September 2005 we issued MD 206, which provided statutory water companies with two new conditions of appointment, conditions R and S. A copy of MD 206 and the conditions are attached for information.

The conditions were introduced following consultations we carried out in December 2004 and June 2005. A summary of consultation respondents' views on conditions R and S and our response to these is also attached for information.
